According to indiewire.com Ben Affleck wouldn't take on the role as Batman unless he had some control over the script. This sounds like AWESOME news considering Ben Affleck wrote The Town and Good Will Hunting. So if Ben really can get to co-write with Goyer perhaps Ben Affleck's casting as Batman/Bruce Wayne won't be as bad as many are BSING ABOUT!..
